NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-012472 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association successor in interest to National City Mortgage a division of National City Bank of Indiana, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Richard Jessup, deceased, Adam Richard Jessup, as an heir of the estate of Richard Jessup, Andover Homeowners' Association, Inc., Krista Leigh Jessup a/k/a Krista L.
