NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-012472 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association successor in interest to National City Mortgage a division of National City Bank of Indiana, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Richard Jessup, deceased, Adam Richard Jessup, as an heir of the estate of Richard Jessup, Andover Homeowners' Association, Inc., Krista Leigh Jessup a/k/a Krista L. Jessup, as an heir of the estate of Richard Jessup, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendantsthe Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 11th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
