NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-007085 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association as trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass Through Certificate for WMALT 2006-AR9 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Ann Wells, Dee Dee Wells, Willie Wells a/k/a Willie O. Wells, Sr., Tenant #1 n/k/a Jane Doe (refused name), are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 15th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 23 AND 24 IN BLOCK 3, OF THE PHILLIP COLLINS 2ND ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
