NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure (Agreed) dated May 28, 2013, entered in Case No. 11-009756 CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the plaintiff, and MARIA LOOKRETIS, et al. are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on September 30, 2013, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure (Agreed), to wit:
LOT 18, COUNTRYSIDE TRAC 60, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE (S) 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
