NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 2012-001055 XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and THE TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1201 N. HIGHLAND LAND TRUST UTD 11/15/05, et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 9th day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
