NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2013 and entered in case of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein MALINDA A. COMPAGNONI and ROBERT COMPAGNONI, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on July 19, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Legal Description: Lot 16, Block 9, SUNHAVEN HOMES UNIT TWO “REVISED”, according to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37, Pages 78 and 79, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 5830 41st Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33709.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
