NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-009951 CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and KAREN MCCREE N/K/A KAREN DEMPS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN MCCREE N/K/A KAREN DEMPS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. F/K/A BAC HOME LOAN SERVICING, LP, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's Website for On-Line Auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 8th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK 2, PECAN HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
