NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09004076 CI 20 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Dennis Bluck; John Doe n/k/a Refused Name; and John Doe are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on July 8, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BONAIR HILL SUBDIVISION NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN THE PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
