NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-009499 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Dagmar Jaroslava Dutka a/k/a Dagmar Dutka, Regions Bank, The Unknown Spouse of Dagmar Jaroslava Dutka a/k/a Dagmar Dutka n/k/a Milan Simek, are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 9th day of July 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK G, YACHT CLUB ESTATES UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 37 AND 38 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, FLORIDA.
