NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-016015 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Annette J. Fitts, Raymond C. Reynolds, Capital One Bank (USA), National Association f/k/a Capital One Bank, are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 9th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 10, BLOCK 8, WESTMINSTER PLACE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
