NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-005867-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-BC4, is the Plaintiff and JASON HEBERT; INFINITY ABUNDANCE, LLC, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION AS TRUSTEE OF THE LAND TRUST 3963; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON HEBERT; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A RHONDA SEARS are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on JULY 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9; BLOCK 4, CENTRAL AVENUE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
