NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 7, Piper's Run, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declarations of Condominium of Piper's Run, a Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4799, page 495-535 and amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 32, pages 25, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 19812 Gulf Boulevard, #7, Indian Shores, Florida 33785.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 10, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
