Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-007135, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and FARKAS, JOHN E., et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
ALL OF LOT 24, IN BLOCK “G” OF HARBOR HILLS FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 65 AND 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA;
AND ALSO THAT PART OF LOT 25 IN BLOCK “G”, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT A POINT IN THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 25 WHICH IS LOCATED 15.40 FEET SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID BOUNDARY FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 25 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING;
AND FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING THUS ESTABLISHED RUN THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT A DISTANCE OF 15.40 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT A DISTANCE OF 15.40 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT;
RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN SAID LOTS 24 AND 25 A DISTANCE OF 120.28 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 25;
RUN THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 25 A DISTANCE OF 15 FEET;
RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE ESTABLISHED POINT OF BEGINNING.
PARCEL II:
THE PART OF LOT TWENTY FIVE (25) IN BLOCK “G” OF HARBOR HILLS FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 65 AND 66 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT A POINT IN THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT, WHICH POINT IS LOCATED 34.4 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING;
AND FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING THUS ESTABLISHED, RUN THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT A DISTANCE OF 19 FEET;
RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT IN THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT WHICH SAID POINT IS LOCATED 15 FEET SOUTH ALONG SAID BOUNDARY FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT;
RUN THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT A DISTANCE OF 19 FEET;
RUN THENCE WESTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE ESTABLISHED POINT OF BEGINNING.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
