NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22nd, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52 2012 CA 004386 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein GENERATION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH,; and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; and PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; and STATE OF FLORIDA are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 12th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, WHISPERING PINES ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
