NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22nd, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-002259 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and , FERNANDO O'CONNOR; and COUNTRYSIDE KEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRIS ST. JULIAN are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 12th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 27, COUNTRYSIDE KEY, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 57 THROUGH 59 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
