NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013 and entered in case of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein BOBBI A. SIIM, MARTIN J. SIIM, NATIONWIDE LENDING CORPORATION and JOHN DOE, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on July 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 558, MORNINGSIDE ESTATES UNIT 6C, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 64, Page(s) 24, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Address: 1432 Monte Carlo Drive, Clearwater, FL 33764.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
