NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-014120-CI-07 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CHERYL ALLEN, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 n/k/a BARRY MCFARLANE, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 n/k/a MELISSA MCFARLANE are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on JULY 12, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
The East 50 feet of the West 634 feet of Tract 1, COREY BRIDGEHEAD SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 29, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
