Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated June 5, 2013 entered in Case No. 12-014048-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and AMERICAN PEST MANAGEMENT, INC., LOUIS JACOBOWITZ, SUZANNE M. JACOBOWITZ are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 A.M. on July 25, 2013, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
