Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 22, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 1106, BUILDING 11, OF PEPPERTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. 5086, PAGES 615 THROUGH 665, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 16 THROUGH 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 776 116TH AVE N APT 1106, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33716; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on July 11, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
