LOT 13, AND THE SOUTH 12.5 FEET OF LOT 14 AND THE WEST 5.00 FEET OF VACATED ALLEY ADJACENT THERETO OF THE AFOREMENTIONED LOTS ALL LYING IN BLOCK 140, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF SECOND ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 8-9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
