YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for damages not exceeding $15,000.00 and to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 302 of SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 7, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Book 3362 at Page 248 and all exhibits and amendments thereto, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5 at Pages 96 - 100, inclusive, of the Official Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the Grantor's fee simple interest in and to the undivided 2.828% share in the common Elements appurtenant thereto and the carport space previously assigned to Grantee, as shown on the Condominium Plat herein described, together with all easements, rights and privileges as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium
has been filed against you, and you are required to file written defenses with the Clerk of the court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication on Robert L. Tankel, the attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 1022 Main Street, Suite D, Dunedin, Florida, 34698, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
