YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
That certain parcel consisting of Lot 37, Block 53, as shown on Condominium plat of Mainlands of Tamarac by the Gulf Unit No. Two, a condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 4, pages 1 through 8, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium, filed May 5, 1969, in Official Records Book 3071, page 647 through 722, inclusive, as amended in Official Records Book 4275, Page 1907 and in Official Records Book 4632, Page 1007, and in Official Records Book 4954, Page 2021, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
