NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-005570-CI, DIVISION: 11, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and MAVIS P. RAY A/K/A MAVIS RAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAVIS P. RAY A/K/A MAVIS RAY; RBS CITIZENS, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CHARTER ONE BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 1st day of July, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 100, MELROSE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 919 N 27TH STREET, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33713.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
