YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for Homeowner Association Assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Condominium Unit #2621 of Cypress Falls at Palm Harbor Condominium Building 26, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 15213, Page 2500, Condominium Plat Book 143, Page 006, of Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on James R. De Furio, Esquire of James R. De Furio, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 201 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 775, Tampa, Florida 33602-7800 on or before July 15, 2013 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
