NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-1571-CO-42 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SIGNATURE PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and RUTH ANN ELLIOTT and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUTH ANN ELLIOTT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 31st day of July, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 310, SIGNATURE PLACE, a Condominium, a condominium according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 153, Pages 87-100, and as amended in Condominium Plat Book 154, Pages 68 and 69, and amended further in Condominium Plat Book 155, Pages 79-113, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 16285. Pages 147-257, and as amended in O.R. Book 16345, Pages 2696-2706, and amended further in O.R. Book 16621, Pages 2162 through 2215, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
