NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered May 31, 2013, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit/Lot No. 115 of HOLIDAY SHORES MOBILE HOME PARK, a Cooperative Mobile Home Community located at 10504 Tahitian Lane, Largo, Florida 33773, whose legal description is: Lots 19 and 20, Taylor Manor Subdivision,; Lots 27 and 28, Pinellas Groves Subdivision and the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 15, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida according to the Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 8694, Page 484, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of July, 2013.
