Parcel 252, being a portion of Lot 5 in SUN KETCH TOWNHOMES AT CYPRESS LAKES according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 116 on Pages 20 through 22, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on August 9, 2013.
