NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522009CA013835XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE OF GPMFT 2007-AR1, is Plaintiff, and DEBORAH PARR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, FAIRWOOD FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 28 AND 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
