NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-008945-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff and CHARLES D. LAYNE; GAYLE A. LAYNE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SOUTHSTAR FUNDING LLC; WESTMINSTER LANDING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 27th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, WESTMINSTER LANDING PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 91, 92, 93 AND 94, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
