WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FRE2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and SONIA I. ARNAO; RAMON A. TAVERAS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 27th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 12, BLOCK “O”, SOUTHWOOD SUBDIVISION, SECTION 5-F,ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
