NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 017213 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DUETSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-6 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6. is Plaintiff and DONALD SKOW; ANZHELIKA SKOW A/K/A ANZHELIKE SKOW; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 27th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
