Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 48-2009-CA-0011539-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and MAYRA KOTTKE; Defendant.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 10 day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit a-203, regency gardens a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, asrecorded in official records book 8476, page 291, and all its attachments and amendments thereto, all in the public records of orange county, florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
