NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 22, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-016146-O DIV. 37 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Tracey L. Schmidt; Unknown Spouse of Tracey L. Schmidt; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, successor by merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 26th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 51, brentwood heights unit two, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book z, page 131, public records of orange county, florida.
