RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed May 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-025288-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005-QS15, is Plaintiff, and JOY PAMELA NEEDLES, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 252, WESTMOOR PHASE IV-C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 85 AND 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
