NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 21, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-036599-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein bank of america, n.a., as successor by merger to bac home loans servicing, l.p. is Plaintiff and julissa corchado, royal manor villas homeowners association, inc., beneficial florida, inc., edward mercado, mortgage electronic registration systems, inc, jane doe, john doe are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 111, Royal Manor Villas, Unit 2, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 136 and 137, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
