Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 9, 2013, in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as follows:

at public sale on JULY 2, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, in an online sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com (foreclosure sales conducted via Internet), after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statues.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
