NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of April, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-025511-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LINDA TAPSCOTT; PHEASANT RUN AT ROSEMONT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; TED GREGGS A/K/A TED M. GREGGS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of July, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT B-I, BUILDING 3, PHASE 1, PHEASANT RUN AT ROSEMONT CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3181, PAGE 476 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALONG WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
