NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-015170 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-FRE1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE1 is the Plaintiff and MONA ROSEMOND; RENIA DERIVAL; KENZER ALEXIS, A MINOR BY AND THROUGH MONA ROSEMOND, CUSTODIAN; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RENIA DERIVAL, DECEASED; JOHN DOE N/K/A CHARLES DEBOLES; JANE DOE N/K/A MARTHA BURKEY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of July, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 256, LAUREL HILL SUBDIVISION UNIT 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 80 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
