that part of the northwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of section 23, township 20 south, range 27 east lying west of the round lake road; less a parcel described as beginning at a point on the section line, 500 feet south of the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of said section 23; and running thence north along the section line 208.2 feet; thence south 65 degrees 1 minute east 221 feet, more or less, to the round lake road; thence southwesterly along said road to a point due east of the beginning; thence west 103 feet, more or less, to a point of beginning and; less that part of the northwest 1/4 of southwest 1/4 of said section 23, extending south to line beginning 169.1 feet south of the northwest corner of northwest 1/4 of southwest 1/4 of said section 23; running thence south 88 degrees 13 minutes east 299.8 feet to the round lake road. also; that part of the east 150 feet of block 4 of picketts addition to zellwood; siad subdivision being recorded in plat book b, page 5, public records of orange county, florida; beginning 169.1 feet south of the northeast corner of said block 4; running north 88 degrees 13 minutes west 150.1 feet; thence south 56.65 feet; thence south 65 degrees 1 miinute east 165 feet; thence north 122.7 feet to point of beginning. the west 15 feet reserved for road and utility purposes.
