Final Judgment was awarded on May 23, 2013 in Civil Case No.:48-2012-CA-010396-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and, LINTON MORRIS; ELAINE MORRIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on June 27, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
