NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2013 in the above action, the Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Orange, Florida, on July 10, 2013, at 11:00 A.M., at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes for the following described property:
Unit No. 303, Building No. 9, Bella Terra, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8056, Page 1458 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and any and all amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
