NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 17, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-019068 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2007-HY2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-HY2 is the Plaintiff and Roger A. Young; Unknown Spouse of Roger A. Young; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for United Capital Mortgage; The Greens COA, Inc. f/k/a Orlando Academy Cay Club I COA, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5128, THE ORLANDO ACADEMY CAY CLUB I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8919, PAGES 2522 THROUGH 2779, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
