NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-014980-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-HE1 is the Plaintiff and Robert J. Moore; Chenel Currence; Westover Hills Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 8th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, WESTOVER HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, AT PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
