NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 17, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009554-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-9 is the Plaintiff and Capital One Bank (USA), National Association f/k/a Capital One Bank; Frederick D. Wamsley, Jr.; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a James Dillard are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 15th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, COUNTRY SHIRE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 94 AND 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
