Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 06/06/2013 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the office of Lydia Gardner clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, BLOCK 21, PARKRIDGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “O”, PAGE 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock, A.M., on July 11, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
