UNIT NO. 723, OF THE TRADEWINDS, A METROWEST CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8476, PAGE 544, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATIONS.
