Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 04/30/2013 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, the office of Lydia Gardner clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 13, BLOCK 8, ENGELWOOD PARK UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “V”, PAGES 133 AND 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock, A.M., on July 2, 2013.
