NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 48-2011-CA-007248-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 8th day of July, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 13, HIAWASSEE LANDINGS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEGREES 41 MINUTES 51 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 88.21 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 38 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 38 SECONDS WEST, A DISTANCE OF 220.32 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF WESTLAND COURT AND TO A POINT ON A CURVE, CONCAVE SOUTHEASTERLY, HAVING A RADIUS OF 50.00 FEET; THENCE FROM A CHORD BEARING OF NORTH 53 DEGREES 40 MINUTES 54 SECONDS WEST, RUN NORTHERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE AND SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 18 DEGREES 20 MINUTES 05 SECONDS, A DISTANCE OF 16.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 13; THENCE NORTH 21 DEGREES 15 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 173.45 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
