NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-021508-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York As Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-9 is the Plaintiff and Francis R Boyle, Jr; Olga L. Rodriguez a/k/a Olga Rodriguez; Bella Vista At Tivoli Woods Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Tivoli Woods Service Association, Inc.; Westlake Services, Inc. d/b/a Westlake Financial Services; are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 2nd day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 119, BELLA VISTA AT TIVOLI WOODS (A REPLAT), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 67 THROUGH 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
