NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 06, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-017861-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. successor by merger to abn amro mortgage group, inc, is Plaintiff, and pierre s. suffrin a/k/a Pierre suffrin a/k/a pierre simon suffrin, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 64, Phase 10, BAYSHORE AT VISTA CAY, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, and all it attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Book 8286, Page 2384, as amended by Fifteenth Amendment to Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 8607, Page 3900, the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
