ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and MONICA DUARTE; RAUL HUERTAS; US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE; RIO PINAR LAKES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 07/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
